Moreover, the money and bond markets hardly pay more than 2 or 3% with luck.  In comparison, private mortgage loans yeld a minimum overall return between 8 and 10% and this with very little risk, without hassle and in a completely passive way.

Private mortgages still carry some risk, but the real risk is low because your money is secured by a legal mortgage on a property. If your borrower does not pay, he will have his property seized. However, this is the last thing that he would want to see happening and therefore even in the greatest difficulty, borrowers will pay their mortgage in priority over all their other debts.

Obviously, seizing a property is a complex and expensive process and no one wants to go there even if the defaulting borrower will eventually have to reimburse all these expenses in full .  But the fact remains that in the rare cases where the borrower defaults, your money is never lost. It will just take a little more time but you will get it back. Why? Because your money is not in the borrower's pocket, it's in his property for which you hold a mortgage.

2. You are registered with Amron Investments lender bank

3. Amron Investments sends you mortgage financing offers by email.

These will contain a summary of the proposed investment project, including the description of the property, the investor, the amount of the mortgage requested, the approximate expected date of disbursement and any other relevant information.

 

4. You analyze the offer and decide that you are interested.

Note that you are always welcome to contact us for more information about the offer or to discuss any details of the offer. We strongly recommend to consult any professional you deem relevant for proper advice and counselling. Remember, you are responsible for your own due diligence.

 

5. You quickly send us an e-mail to let us know that you wish to participate in the project

Specifying the amount you are willing to lend. It is important to analyze the offers quickly and to answer us within 24 to 48 hours because several other lenders receive the same offers and they are very quick to grab a good opportunity.

 

6. We confirm that your participation is accepted as well as the amount approved.

Note that your money must be cash and available immediately or at least 5 business days before the scheduled closing of the transation.

 

7. You transfer your money to the notary who will register the transaction.

Note that you will be asked to sign the mortgage deed at the notary in person or electronically. You can also give us a proxy to authorize us to sign on your behalf if you prefer, but that's completely up to you.

 

8. See your interest deposited into your bank account each month
